7. Limitations of liability

Our website strives to empower marginalized communities and advance a more equitable society. However, we cannot be held responsible for any harm or losses arising from your use of this platform, even if we were negligent. This includes damages from inability to access the site, costs for alternative services, data breaches, or lost profits—regardless of whether such risks were foreseeable. We reject liability only to the extent permitted under applicable law, as we believe in corporate accountability and protecting the rights of the people.

8. Indemnification

You must indemnify and defend our organization, employees, partners, and associates against any legal claims or costs resulting from your misuse of this platform or violations of these terms. This includes reimbursing attorney’s fees. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive handling of such cases, though that does not negate your obligation to indemnify us.

9. Right to terminate

While committed to providing a robust platform for democratic discourse, we reserve the right to alter, modify or discontinue any aspect of this site at our discretion. We cannot guarantee permanence for any specific content or functionality, as an ever-evolving sociopolitical landscape necessitates periodic reinvention. However, any such changes will be guided by principles of social equity, amplifying underrepresented voices, and advancing the national conversation toward greater justice and reform.

10. General

These terms shall be governed by Colorado law. Any legal claims must be brought within one year in the courts of Denver County, Colorado. While enforceable provisions will be severed if deemed unlawful, our dominant intent is freeing speech rather than limiting it, empowering marginalized groups rather than silencing them. We will not exploit legalistic loopholes to breach this core justice mandate.

No aspect of your relationship with us constitutes an employment, joint venture or fiduciary arrangement that could be weaponized against you. Admission of evidence, including digital materials, will prioritize substantive truth over restrictive technicalities.
